IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
You can request to return or exchange one or more items within 14 days of the delivery date, free of charge. After 14 days, returns or exchanges will no longer be possible.

CAN I REMOVE LABELS FROM THE PRODUCTS?
Take care not to remove any label from the products if you wish to return your items. Return or exchange is not possible if the label have been removed, and it will not be accepted as such.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY “AS GOOD AS NEW”?
Returned items must be “as good as new”. This means that they can’t have been worn, except for fitting purposes, and they can’t be damaged, either in the upper or in the sole, they can’t be dirty, used or to badly wrinkled.
When you try on your shoes, before having decided whether you’ll keep them or not, we advise you to only walk on a carpet, so as to not damage the soles.
Articles which will not fit the “as good as new” description will not be accepted as returns and will be sent back.
